Clinic/Live Event Policies

COVID-19 Policy

If you are attending our clinic or event in-person, we ask that you adhere to our COVID policy outlined below.

  • When possible please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet between yourself, your peers and your instructor.  
  • When you arrive at Honey Brook Stables you will be asked to fill out a health screening questionnaire. 
  • If you are feeling sick, or showing any symptoms of Covid-19 (or any of its variants) anytime within two weeks of the event, we ask that you please stay home.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if you need to cancel an event:

We will refund you in full or transfer your dates if cancellation is requested more than 60 days before the start date of the event. 

If cancellation is requested between 30-60 days before the start date, we can offer a 50% refund or a date transfer.

If cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the start date, there is no refund for the event and no guarantee of date transfer.

*In the case of date transfer, we only permit one date transfer.

In the case that we need to cancel, a full refund for the cost of the event will be provided, but airfare, travel, and other costs associated with the event cannot be refunded.

Cancellations Made By HorseClass

HorseClass reserves the right to cancel any event. Cancellations could be based on the following reasons, but are not limited to,

  • Lack of clinic attendance
  • Unforseen instructor circumstances (illness, death of a relative, inability to get to the clinic, etc)
  • Unforeseen circumstances at the facility (extreme maintenance/building issues, animal health concerns, employee health concerns, etc.)

If a clinic is canceled on behalf of HorseClass, full registration costs will be refunded to the original form of payment. HorseClass will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred outside of the clinic registration fee.

Severe Weather Policy

In Southeastern Pennsylvania, we can have severe weather events. If your clinic is altered or impacted by severe weather, meaning if you experience one of the following:

  • Flight delays or cancellations 
  • Airport closure 
  • Road closures into Honey Brook, PA
  • Power outages in Honey Brook, PA
  • Clinic Cancellations due to severe weather at Honey Brook Stables

In the event of a severe weather cancellation, refunds will not be given, however you will receive a full credit on any future HorseClass purchases (including future clinics, private intensives, and/or online courses). 

For any of our events, if you are booking a flight, we strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance. Although clinics are held mainly in our 14,000 square foot indoor arena, be sure to dress appropriately and always bring layers.
