I've noticed that one side of my body functions fairly well and the other side is quite tight an awkward, however, I do notice that with breath, the body begins to relax and lengthen. With consistent practice, some things are getting easier for that side of the body. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos with careful instruction on different ways to accomplish the poses so I strengthen myself rather that hurt myself. You are a wonderful instructor. “Loved it! I noticed huge improvement in my body but I still have a way to go. I will continue to repeat this program and hopefully be ready for level 2.!!! Yahoo. “ Thank you Heidi. I very much enjoyed all of the classes. I am so happy to have a yoga course geared toward riding and taught by a rider. Aside from feeling good in general after completing the course, I have been able to isolate some of my problem areas in my position and am beginning to make improvements. My mare tells me I am on the right track! I plan to use all of the classes over the coming months to improve my body awareness, breathing, strength and flexibility. I certainly want to be ready for Level 2!!”
