We are a Busy Boarding, Lesson, and Training Facility Looking for a Part Time Office Manager.

This role manages the record keeping, data entry, admin, and client communication of our busy lesson and event barn.

Our office manager tracks lesson schedules and payments, prepares deposits, monitors all incoming communication to the farm, and assures that all paperwork is complete and prepared for clients and employees.

This position is also very involved with our busy event schedule, organizing accommodations, meals, and logistics for event clients.

Farm Manager

Busy Lesson Barn in Honey Brook, Pa looking for an EXPERIENCED Farm Manager.

This position requires working knowledge and skills around a farm. You need to be able to fix fences, plant posts, drive a tractor, hook up electric fencers, and various other farm tasks as well as daily care of horses.

Our Farm Manager is also responsible for the schedules of other barn staff as well as communicating with our boarding clients.

This requires having a high standard for cleanliness and organization as well as working with staff and clients.

Working Student

This position is for a rider eager to improve.

We offer very unique learning opportunities as the Farm Campus of HorseClass.

Duties will include:
– grooming and tacking horses
– tack cleaning
– assisting in keeping the barns tidy
– assisting in training
– and other small farm tasks as needed

In exchange you will receive lessons and the experience of being behind the scenes of a busy lesson and event barn.

You will also have the opportunity to be a part of clinics with instructors from many disciplines and specialties.

Weekend Help

We are looking for Weekend Help at our busy boarding, lesson, and training facility.

Duties include: 

– feeding
– turn in/out
– blanket changing
– some mucking
– tidying the barns
– and other miscellaneous farm tasks

Most of our horses live outside 24/7, so stall cleaning is minimal.

Reliable transportation and being comfortable driving in winter weather are requirements.
